  1. Go back to the LaunchPass confirmation tab and tap “Accept invite”.
  2. If you closed it: check your email receipt from LaunchPass and tap the Telegram invite.
  3. Inside Telegram: open the pinned message “START HERE” and download your files.

    Very simple follow the steps : Ad → LaunchPass → Payment successful → Accept invite → Telegram → Pinned message → Download

FAQ — Access & Troubleshooting


1) I paid but didn’t receive anything.
Your access is delivered through LaunchPass + Telegram.
  • First: go back to the LaunchPass confirmation page and tap “Accept invite”.
  • Second: check your email receipt from LaunchPass (sometimes in Promotions/Spam).
    Still stuck? Email support@markkaan.com with your purchase email.


2) Telegram says “Join request sent”.
This means your join request is waiting for approval.
  • Wait 1–2 minutes.
  • If it stays pending, email support@markkaan.com with a screenshot + your purchase email.
(Et toi, en backend, tu dois surtout corriger le lien Telegram pour éviter ça — voir section #2.)


3) I don’t have Telegram.
Install Telegram (iOS/Android/Desktop), then retry the invite link.


4) I joined Telegram but can’t find the product files.
Open the channel → tap the pinned message at the top → download the PDF / resources.


5) The invite link opens in my browser, not in the Telegram app.
On mobile, tap “Open in Telegram” when prompted.
If it doesn’t show, copy the invite link and paste it into Telegram search.


6) I purchased on desktop. Can I access on phone too?
Yes. Use the same Telegram account. The channel will appear once joined.


7) Refund policy
Refunds: 7 days (first-time customers).
Email support@markkaan.com from the same email used at checkout.


8) I used the wrong email at checkout
Email support with the transaction details and we’ll fix access.


9) Where is my receipt / invoice?
LaunchPass sends an invoice email after purchase. Check spam/promotions.


10) I can’t download the PDF from Telegram
Try Telegram Desktop or update your app. If it still fails, email support and we’ll send an alternate download.
