1. ACCESS & TELEGRAM (READ FIRST)

"I paid, but I didn't get the Telegram link." The activation process is fully automated via our partner, LaunchPass.

  • Step 1: Check the exact email address you used for payment.

  • Step 2: Search your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders for the sender "LaunchPass" or subject "Mark Kaan".

  • Step 3 (The Apple Pay Issue): Did you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay? These services often use a "Masked Email" (e.g., dpd82k@privaterelay.appleid.com) to protect your privacy. The invite link was sent to that masked inbox, not your main email.

  • Solution: If you cannot find the link, email us immediately with your Transaction ID, and we will manually send the invite to your preferred address.

"My link says 'Expired' or 'Invalid'." For security, invite links are one-time use tokens.

  • If you have already joined the channel, you do not need the link anymore.

  • If you are stuck, log in to your Member Dashboard to verify your status or contact support for a fresh token.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING: By canceling, you immediately forfeit your "Grandfathered Rate" ($79/mo). As the portfolio grows, membership prices will increase. If you decide to rejoin later, you will be charged the new market price (expected to be $149/mo). We cannot reinstate cancelled accounts at the old legacy price.

"Do you offer refunds?" Strictly No. As stated in our Terms of Service (Section 4), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Reason: You are purchasing immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, real-time trade alerts, and historical data. Once this information is consumed, it cannot be "returned." We do not offer retroactive refunds for "forgetfulness" or unused time.

3. TRADING EXPECTATIONS & PROTOCOL

"I joined today, where are the trades?" The Market dictates the schedule, not us. Mark Kaan is a sniper, not a machine gunner. We do not force trades. Some weeks we trade 5 times; some weeks we trade 0 times if the market conditions are dangerous. Silence is also a position. Be patient. The notification will come when the edge is present.

"Can I ask Mark for personal financial advice?" Strictly No. Mark Kaan is a financial data publisher, not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Due to US Regulations (SEC/CFTC), neither Mark nor the support team can:

  • Review your personal portfolio.

  • Tell you specifically what to buy or sell.

  • Give personalized financial advice.

  • Note: Emails asking for "stock tips" or "portfolio reviews" will be automatically filtered and archived without a reply.

4. SECURITY & GIVEAWAYS

⚠️ BEWARE OF IMPERSONATORS

  • Mark Kaan will NEVER DM you first on Telegram, TikTok, or Instagram.

  • We will NEVER ask for your Crypto Seed Phrase or ask you to send money to a "trading wallet."

  • Official Communication: The only official way to pay is through www.markkaan.com. Anyone asking for payment via WhatsApp or Telegram DM is a scammer. Block and report them.
